Bertocco was set up in 1962 as a precision machine shop. Over the years, the company has grown to become a highly regarded designer and manufacturer of pneumatic equipment and fittings for commercial vehicles.
In this sector Bertocco has applied planned strategies and well-articuled projects to extend the product range and to provide the customers with comprehensive assistance in every stage of getting a new brake system off the drawing board and on to the road, from design and development right through to prompt field service.

Product assembly are carried out on work benches using appropriate tools.

After the assembly phase final inspection and test are carried out on 100% of products, fittings excepted, in accordance with the quality plan.
To guarantee the conformance of products to the specified requirements adeguate semiautomatic/automatic test bench are used. All the benches are provided with calibrated measuring and test equipments, of which electronic leak detectors to check seal.
